Building a better…exact 1:1 scale replica of the Empire state buliding than Julie Smith who lives at no 42 Covington place, (it’s just round the corner with the yellow door and painted step).
Anyway, we’re both in the ‘build a life size replica of the Empire state buliding’ competition off the back page of this months chat magazine, top prize is a weekend on Bournemouth and a supply of Chappie dog food for a whole year.
Y’see, i’m buliding mine out of Leggo but she’s gone for the much smaller matchstick but that’s just because her dad had a spar newsagents with a premier swan vesta account.
But i know he’s been going over to France on a matchstick run every fortnight with his best mate Len (he’s the one with the hair) in the white transit that always sits on the end of Sadan Street on monday afternoon.
Just because i reported him to the trading standars depertment AND customs and exercise doesn’t mean i was trying to stop her winning, it was just because that huge influx of tax free matches might upset the local economy putting many local people into unemployment.
Anyway, she smells of wee.
